- 2 dashes
- of lemon or lime juice4 dashes
- of Absinthe2 dashes

- wine-glass of brandy1 unit

Crack one whole fresh egg into a cocktail shaker, ensuring no shell fragments fall in.

Add several dashes of Angostura bitters directly onto the egg in the shaker, adjusting to taste for desired bitterness.

Dry shake the egg and bitters vigorously without ice for approximately 15 seconds to emulsify the egg and create a frothy texture.

Add several large lumps of ice to the shaker to chill the mixture thoroughly.

Shake the mixture again with ice for about 15 to 20 seconds until the shaker is very cold to the touch and the contents are well combined.
