- Sam Adams Utopias®1 1/2 cups

Heat the Sam Adams Utopias in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches a gentle simmer, approximately 3-4 minutes; do not allow it to boil.

Add the dark brown sugar, sea salt, and vanilla to the simmering beer and stir continuously until the sugar dissolves completely, about 1-2 minutes.

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and add to the beer mixture, stirring until fully melted and combined into a smooth liquid.

Pour the chocolate-beer mixture evenly into 4 Irish coffee mugs, filling them approximately three-quarters full.

Carefully pour 6 tablespoons of Everclear into each mug, holding a bar spoon just above the surface of the liquid to help layer the spirit on top; the alcohol will float, creating the characteristic oil slick effect.

Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks using a whisk or electric mixer.

Top each mug with a generous dollop of whipped cream, allowing it to rest gently on the layer of Everclear without fully submerging.

Serve immediately while the drink is still warm, instructing drinkers to consume slowly to experience the layering of flavors as they sip through each component.
