Hubbinsd's Holiday Lassi

If you have ever had a mango Lassi at an Indian restaurant, here is the Irish version: A while back someone posted a link to their grandfather's holiday egg nog recipe. I made it last year and it was amazing. Very, very strong and super rich.

Ingredients

  • parts eggnog (with rum and whiskey if it doesn't have it already)
    2 unit
  • parts mango and/or papaya juice
    2 unit
  • part rum (yes
    MORE rum)
    1 unit

Method

Pour 2 parts eggnog into a blender or large pitcher, ensuring it is well-chilled.

Add 2 parts mango and/or papaya juice to the eggnog.

Measure 1 part rum and pour into the mixture.

Blend or stir vigorously for 30 seconds until the ingredients are fully combined and frothy.

Divide the lassi evenly among 4 serving glasses filled with ice if desired.

Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
