Method

Separate 6 eggs, placing only the yolks in a blender or food processor and discarding the whites.

Add the sweetened condensed milk to the blender with the egg yolks.

Pour in the vanilla extract and instant coffee, ensuring the coffee is finely ground or instant for smooth blending.

Blend the mixture on medium speed until completely smooth and well combined, approximately 1–2 minutes.

Slowly pour in the Irish whiskey while continuing to blend, mixing until fully incorporated and the liquid becomes uniform in color and texture.

Divide the finished liqueur into sterilized glass bottles or jars with tight-fitting lids.

Store in a cool, dark place or refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, shaking well before each use.
