Ingredients

- cocoa cream1 oz
- 1 oz
- scoop ice cream1 unit
- 1½ oz
Method

Gather all ingredients and chill a shot glass or small cocktail glass in the freezer for a few minutes to keep the drink cold.

Pour 1 ounce of amaretto almond liqueur into the chilled glass.

Add 1 ounce of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur directly on top of the amaretto.

Drizzle a generous amount of chocolate syrup over the liqueurs, allowing it to sink slightly and swirl through the drink.

Gently stir the liqueurs and chocolate syrup together with a small bar spoon until just combined.

Top the glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream, piling it high above the rim of the glass.

Optionally, finish with an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup over the whipped cream for presentation.

Serve immediately as a dessert cocktail snack while the whipped cream is still fresh and cold.
