- wineglasses of sherry2 unit
- table-spoonful of fine white sugar1 unit
- of orange cut up into quarters.1 slice
- pieces of pineapple2 small
Method

Fill four wineglasses two-thirds full with crushed ice or small ice cubes.

Pour 1 tablespoon of fine white sugar evenly into each glass, dividing it equally among the four servings.

Cut the orange slice into quarters and place one piece into each glass.

Place one piece of pineapple into each glass with the orange.

Divide the 2 wineglasses of sherry equally among the four prepared glasses, pouring approximately 3 ounces into each.

Stir each drink thoroughly with a bar spoon or long-handled spoon until the sugar is dissolved and the fruits are submerged.

Serve immediately while the ice is still cold, with a small spoon or straw for sipping and enjoying the fruit.
