- milk-free margarine2 tspmelted
- milk-free pancake mix½ cup

Combine the milk-free pancake mix in a large mixing bowl with a pinch of salt if desired.

Whisk together the egg, soy formula, and melted milk-free margarine in a separate bowl until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; do not overmix, as some small lumps are acceptable.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with milk-free margarine.
