Ingredients

Combine milk, dry milk, eggs, oil, and pancake mix in a large mixing bowl, stirring until just combined into a smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly oil the cooking surface.

Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges appear set, approximately 2–3 minutes.

Flip the pancakes carefully and cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through, about 1–2 minutes longer.
