Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking pan with oil.

Remove the strudel dough from refrigeration and let it sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes to make it pliable for rolling.

Gently unroll or unfold the strudel dough onto a clean work surface, handling it carefully to avoid tearing.

Lightly brush the dough surface with oil to prevent it from drying out during baking.

Carefully roll the dough up tightly and transfer it seam-side down to the prepared baking pan.

Brush the top of the strudel with a thin layer of oil for even browning.
