Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cream together softened butter, chunky peanut butter, white sugar, and packed brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.

Fold in the unwrapped Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cups, distributing them evenly throughout the dough.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown but the centers still appear slightly underdone.
