Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Combine the self-rising flour and sweet milk in a medium bowl, stirring gently until a shaggy dough forms.

Fold the mayonnaise into the dough with a spatula until fully incorporated and the mixture is uniform.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow for expansion.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
