Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine uncooked oatmeal, Bisquick Heart Smart baking mix, baking powder, and brown sugar in a large bowl, stirring until evenly mixed.

Cut Smart Balance buttery spread into small pieces and add to the dry mixture, using a fork or pastry cutter to work it in until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in light vanilla soy milk until just combined and a soft dough forms; do not overmix.

Gently fold blueberries into the dough, being careful not to crush them or overmix the batter.

Divide dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a round scone about 1 inch thick on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes until the tops are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
