Vegetables in Milk Sauce

In Romanian: Legume in sos de lapte.

  1. Clean and wash the vegetables and boil in salt water until done.
  2. Cube the potatoes and kohlrabi first.
  3. Drain and then add to the following sauce: fry ½ tablespoon flour with 2 oz/50 g butter and add hot milk to it.
  4. Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes, then add the remaining 2 oz / 50 g butter, let simmer a few more minutes and serve immediately.
