To make Vinaigrette: In bowl whisk oil, vinegar, basil, mustard and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. To assemble salad, on individual serving plates (or on platter) arrange remaining ingredients, dividing equally. Serve vinaigrette on the side. Makes 4 servings
