  1. Wash, peel and grate the mangoes.
  2. Mix the coconut cream and lemon juice or vinegar in a bowl.
  3. Add the grated mango and onion and mix well.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Leave to stand for at least 10 minutes before serving.
