  1. Steam chicken wings about 10 minutes or until cooked.
  2. Cool, then with your fingers tear into thin strips.
  3. Wash green onions and cut into 2-inch strips.
  4. Combine chicken, green onions and seasoning mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  7. Don't let this dish sit too long before serving, or it gets soggy.
