Bell Pepper Salad I

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place bell peppers under broiler and lightly char.
  3. Turning to grill all sides.
  4. Remove from broiler to a paper bag.
  5. Close paper bag and set aside.
  6. When peppers cool, peel, core, seed and cut into strips.
  7. Arrange peppers on a platter, alternating colors so they form a petal, and spoon dressing over them.
  8. Sprinkle with black pepper.
  9. Garnish with capers and serve warm or chilled.
