Alfalfa Bacon Tomato Salad

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hager Estate in Canton, Texas in 1982. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients[edit]
- 4 cups alfalfa sprouts
- 2 cups tomatoes diced small
- 1 cup chopped cooked bacon
Dressing[edit]
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- ¼ cup prepared mustard
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 1½ teaspoons horseradish
- 1½ teaspoons honey
Procedures[edit]
- Prepare dressing by combining and stirring all ingredients until well blended.
- Combine sprouts, tomatoes and bacon and serve with dressing poured over.
