    rind, removed, and, diced

  • fresh herbs (a mix of lemon thyme and marjoram and parsley are my choices)

    rinsed and drained

  • Tabasco sauce

  • fresh ground pepper

  • chopped parsley

  • shaved Parmesan cheese or shredded Parmesan cheese
