- garlic2 clovescrushed
- butter2 tablespoons
- (880 g) can cooked peeled tomatoes1 unit
- chicken stock (cubes or powdered are ok)1 liter
- fresh herbs (a mix of lemon thyme and marjoram and parsley are my choices)3 sprigs
- (880 g) can 3 bean mix1 unitrinsed and drained
- Tabasco sauce1 unit
- fresh ground pepper1 unit
- chopped parsley1 unit
- shaved Parmesan cheese or shredded Parmesan cheese1 unitto serve
