    sliced

  • arborio rice
    60 g
  • heavy cream
    25 ml
  • sautéed porcini mushrooms
    20 g
  • cucumbers
    julienned
    10 g
  • orange wedges
    10 g
  • shallots
    5 g
  • black caviar
    50 ml
  • salt and pepper

  • salsa
    as required has to be spooned over the rice
