  • Baguette bread
    1 unit
  • egg yolk
    1 unit
  • cl olive oil
    10 unit
  • garlic cloves
    4 unit
  • Safran
    1 unit
  • fish stock
    6 tablespoons
  • salt and pepper
    1 unit

Method

Blend together the bread, fish stock and egg yolk

Crush the garlic and safran and add to the paste

Slowly incorporate the olive oil add the oil with one hand whilst whisking with the other as if preparing mayonnaise
