- x 3½ lbs lamb shanks (trim of as much fast as possible)2 unit
- chopped onion½ cup
- minced garlic1 tablespoon
- regular Dr. Pepper1 cannot diet
- (14½ ounces) diced tomatoes1 can
- finely chopped celery½ cup
- packet dry taco seasoning mix1 unit
- chopped fresh cilantro⅓ cuppacked
