  • chopped onion

  • minced garlic

  • regular Dr. Pepper

  • (14½ ounces) diced tomatoes
    1 can
  • finely chopped celery
    ½ cup
  • packet dry taco seasoning mix
    1 unit
  • chopped fresh cilantro
    packed
