  • semolina flour
    2 ounces
  • eggs (separated)
    2 unit
  • Salt to taste
    1 unit
  • melted butter (or olive oil)
    2 ounces
  • about 8 ounces water
    1 unit

Method

Mix the following ingredients well together: semolina flour, the yolks of two eggs, a little salt, and melted butter.

Add the water so as to form a liquid substance.

At the last add the whites of two eggs beaten up to a snow.
