Pumpkin Delight

Directions

  1. Place whole graham crackers in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Melt margarine, and brush over crackers.
  3. Put cream cheese in bowl and beat with electric mixer.
  4. Mix spices in pumpkin, and add to cream cheese.
  5. Beat together.
  6. Add Sugar Twin, milk and sprinkle in dry pudding mix.
  7. Mix in the pumpkin and cream cheese mixture.
  8. Beat until well blended.
  9. Fold in Cool Whip.
  10. Pour in pan, and spread over crackers.
  11. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
