Sweet Potato Sandwich Loaf
Ingredients
- 1⅓ teaspoons yeast
- 3 cups vegan bread or all purpose flour
- ⅓ cup wheat bran (or substitute flour)
- ⅓ cup mashed cooked sweet potato or yams
- 1½ tablespoons grated orange zest
- ¾ teaspoons salt
- 1½ tablespoons applesauce
- ¾ cup water
Directions
- On basic bread cycle: add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions.
- Makes a nice, soft sandwich loaf.
