Steak Bits
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 clove garlic, Crushed
- 1/2 Lb. Top Sirloin Steak, Cut in Thin Bite Size Pieces
- 1/2 T. salt
Dash pepper
- 1 1/2 Dozen. Slices Buttered Party or rye bread
Heat butter And garlic in Blazer Pan Over High Heat. Season Steak With salt And pepper And Quickly Saut? Pieces as Needed on All Sides. Serve at Once on Buttered bread.Makes 1 1/2 Dozen.
