Description
Serve warm with aseeda or kissra.
Ingredients
1 litre plain
yogurt
1 tsp
salt
2 tbsp wayka (
okra
powder)
4
onions
1/2 cup
oil
2
tomatoes
1 tsp
black pepper
2 cloves crushed
garlic
Directions
Chop
onions
and fry them in
oil
until golden.
Crush
onions
.
Blend
tomatoes
and add to
onions
.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add
yogurt
,
pepper
,
salt
and
garlic
and stir until boiling.
Add wayka, stir for 5 minutes.
