Description
Kir Royale[1][2] was named after the Mayor of Dijon, also a war hero, Mr. Felix Kir.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces chilled dry champagne
- ½ ounce crème de cassis or raspberry liqueur
- 1 small piece lemon peel/lemon rind
Procedures
Pour champagne first, add liqueur (1/3 of glass). Garnish with twisted lemon rind.
