Description
Ingredients
- 3 tbl rice vinegar
- 2 tbl low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbl soybean oil
- 1/2 cup cilantro roughly chopped
- 1 tbl finely grated fresh ginger generous
- 2 x green onions finely sliced
- salt to taste
- 2 oz tofu (2 blocks) drained on papertowels
