  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Saute breakfast sausage, ground beef, onion, celery seed, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper together.
  3. Stir in green chilies.
  4. Pour into pie crust and top with the second pie crust.
  5. Bake about one hour until brown and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Cool this mixture, then fold in the cubed boiled potatoes and gravy.
