JELLY ROLL PAN CAKE
3 tbsp. cocoa 1 c. water 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 2 sticks butter 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. soda 2 c. sugar Pinch of salt
Combine cocoa, butter and water. Bring to boil; set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients and add to above boiled mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
ICING:
1 stick butter 2 tbsp. cocoa 6 tbsp. sweet milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 box powdered sugar 1 c. pecans, chopped
Melt butter and cocoa. Add rest of ingredients. Pour over cake while it is hot. Enjoy.
