Description

One of the many Hokkien snacks that uses green beans.

Ingredients

Procedures

Soak split green beans(mung beans) for several hours, rinse and steamed for about 10 minutes.

Dissolve rock sugar in boiling water with pandan leaves. Mix sweet potato flour with a little water, remove pandan leave, add the steamed beans, and thicken with dissolved sweet potato flour mixture. Serve hot with you tiow(Chinese fried bread).
