Ingredients

Cream cheese frosting

Procedures

  1. Beat first 5 ingredients together.
  2. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cook cake in pan.
  5. Spread cream cheese frosting over cake; sprinkle with coconut.

Beat All Ingredients Together.

Notes

  1. You can find cream of coconut in the liquor aisle of your grocery store. The one I use is called Coco López. It's in the mixer section.
