Meat Loaf Italia
- 1 Cup bread Crumbs
- 1 Pkg. spaghetti Sauce Mix (3 Oz)
- 1 Can tomato Sauce (8 Oz)
- 2 eggs, Beaten
- 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
- 1 T. Seasoned salt
Place The bread Crumbs, spaghetti Sauce Mix And 3/4 Cup of The tomato Sauce in a Mixing Bowl. Stir Lightly. Add The eggs, Ground Beef And Seasoned salt. Mix Lightly With a Fork. Shape Into an Oval And Place in a Shallow Baking Dish. Brush With The Remaining tomato Sauce. Bake in a 350 Oven For About 1 Hour. Allow to Stand For 10 Minutes Before Slicing. Makes 6 Servings
