  1. cream butter and Sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  3. Stir in the yogurt and lemon peel.
  4. Sift the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, and salt; then add these dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Stir until smooth.
  5. Turn half of the batter into a greased and floured pan.
  6. Mix 1/4 cup Sugar with cinnamon.
  7. Sprinkle over batter in pan.
  8. Top with remaining batter.
  9. Bake at medium heat for about one hour.
