In Romanian: crema de nuci
Ingredients
1 cup
milk
8 oz / 250 g
walnuts
5 oz / 150 g
sugar
¼ cup
rum
Procedures
Set the
milk
to boil with the ground
walnuts
and
sugar
.
Keep stirring until the paste is thick.
Remove from heat, let cool, add
rum
and mix well.
