Tasty Ota with Fish

  1. Put diluted coconut milk in a pot.
  2. Add garlic and onion. Cook by stirring constantly.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Add ota fern leaves and bring back to boil. Stir in coconut cream.
  5. Add and salt to taste.
  6. Cook a few minutes (do not overcook as overcooking makes tough) and remove from flame.
  7. Serve.
