Procedures[edit]

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let cool.
  2. Shell and cut them in two lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
  4. Mix with the oil poured drop by drop.
  5. Add the fish paste and mix.
  6. Then add the mustard.
  7. Fill the whites and arrange on a plate.
  8. On each egg half place half an olive cut to make a flower.
  9. Decorate the plate with some lettuce leaves.
