Spaghetti with Turkey Meat Sauce

This is way too high in carbs... So try your favorite healhty/low carb pasta or better yet try Spaghetti Squash! Take care, Gloria



  1. Coat large skillet with nonstick spray.
  2. Preheat over high heat.
  3. Add turkey and cook, stirring occasionally, for five minutes.
  4. Drain and discard fat.
  5. Stir in tomatoes with juice, green pepper, onion, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove cover and simmer for additional 15 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in unsalted water.
  10. Drain well.
  11. Serve sauce over spaghetti.
  12. For creamier sauce, give sauce a whirl in blender or food processor.
