Soup from fresh and sour milk
Description
An Estonian Dish
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 glass kefir
- 1 tea spoon Sugar(Granulate)
- 5 glasses of fresh milk
- 2 tea spoon salt (or according to taste)
Procedures
1. Beat egg along with “Tallinsky” kefir.
2. Now add Sugar and salt, and, mixing slightly.
3. Pour it into fresh, boiling milk. And mix it thouroghly for 2–3 minutes.
Serving:
Soup is ready to be served. And serve it warm.Serving will be for 4-5 people.
