  • Serves 4 to 6 people as an hors d'oeuvre.

Procedures[edit]

  1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into a ball.
  2. Roll in either chopped nuts or chives.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes[edit]

  1. If smoked salmon is unavailable use canned salmon and ⅛ teaspoon of liquid smoke. Use more liquid smoke if you like a stronger flavor.
