Salmon Pâté
Ingredients
- 220 g can red salmon
- 125 g packaged cream cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
- 125 g butter
Procedures
- Combine drained salmon, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and lemon juice in blender or food processor.
- Add melted butter, blend until smooth. Spoon salmon mixture into serving dish, refrigerate until set.
