Red Chicken Stew
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 cup ketchup
- Boil chicken. Remove from stock and debone. Return to stock.
- Add salt, pepper, 2 sliced medium onions and 1 cup ketchup. Simmer until thickened.
- Serve over rice.
