Raisin Jam

This is a recipe my mom used to make when I was younger. It's simple and quick and quite a healthy treat.



  1. Place orange juice and raisins in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove pot from stove and allow to cool.
  3. Place orange juice and raisin in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve on bread.
  5. Refrigerate remaining raisin jam.
