This is a quick way to make a rich chocolate icing. You don't need to heat or melt anything, just stick it all in a bowl and mix. Using less milk and more cream will make the icing richer and creamier. Using more cocoa and less icing sugar will make the icing richer rather than sweeter.

  1. Mix the icing sugar and cocoa together (2 cups icing sugar with 1 or 2 cups of cocoa)
  2. Mix in cream and milk using a fork until you achieve a nice consistency (the more cream the better in my opinion)
