  1. Brown sausage and drain fat.
  2. Add chopped garlic and pizza sauce.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Scrape out a small portion of the gills of the mushrooms (enough to make a small bowl for the filling).
  5. Put the sauce in the mushrooms and top with grated mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake 10 minutes in a 400 degree f preheated oven.
