These tasty treats make a perfect appetizer or you can serve them as a main dish. For a main dish count on about 15 dumplings per person. Serve with hoisin sauce, hot Chinese-style mustard and toasted sesame seeds." Original recipe yield: 100 dumplings.



  1. Mix the pork with garlic, ginger,soy sauce, onions, sesame oil, eggs and cabbage.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of filling on the wontons and pinch the edges closed
  3. Steam for 15 – 30 minutes.
