Pollo con Wasakaka

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and oregano.
  2. Bake at medium temperature for 40 minutes.
  3. Turn oven at high heat the last five minutes.
  4. chicken should be dark golden.
  5. Blend the ingredients for the wasakaka until they are well mixed.
  6. Adjust salt to taste.
  7. Serve with boiled yuca (cassava).
