Yields ½ cup.

Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 cup (about 4) blended pear (whip chopped fruit in a food processor or blender until smooth)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Procedures[edit]

  1. Heat ingredients to a boil in a saucepan; turn to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture reaches desired thickness.
