Oakland Ragin' Quarterback Guacamole

Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe genuine California avocados seeded, peeled and coarsely mashed
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ Cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 Tbsp chopped red onion
  • 3 Tbsp chopped tomato
  • 1 or 2 pickled jalapenos, chopped

Procedures

In medium bowl, combine avocados, lemon juice, garlic and salt.

Stir in beans, onion, tomato and jalapeno.

Serve with tortilla strips.
